We do NOT bulk bill at this practice due to the very high cost of having rooms in the private hospital. We do offer reduced pensioner (age and disability) rates. 

 What you will need:

1. A current (less than 12 month old) referral from your GP
2. A current (less than 3 month old) referral from a specialist
3. Medicare card and private health details
4. Recent scans and blood tests results
5. All of your medications or prescriptions or a medication list

Please note that private health insurance does not cover the cost of outpatient investigations.

Please take back any records that you bring with you, if you desire to keep them. Do not leave these behind. We will assume records left behind are no longer required by you. Any records left behind will be scanned and then confidentially destroyed in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality policy.
